  • 1-2 days after you fill our medical questionnaire and pay for the device

  • We do not bill your insurance and most insurance do not pay for ASV machines for the treatment of UARS.

  • No, we cannot sell ASV machines to Medicare beneficiaries. You will need to contact your own sleep medicine physician to discuss options.

  • $3400. Free shipping

  • Yes, we can credit your first 6 months of rent towards purchasing a new machine from us. The set up fee is not included in this credit.

  • Some questions can be answered by messaging and some will require a video visit with a provider.

  • Yes, video visits are treated as regular doctors visit and are covered by insurances.

  • Yes, you can either convert it to a new machine purchase or continue with rental payment

  • Shipping the ASV machine to you is free. However, the return shipping is not included. Return shipping will require a tracking number and insured shipping. We will create a label for you to use.
